Let’s get started. First exercise, leg to head on the side. IE on your side lift one leg and straighten your knee aiming to touch your head with your toes. Use your hand to hold your foot if needed slowly Bend and straighten the leg.
This stretches the back of the thigh and improves flexibility repeat on the other side.
